Awesome! My wife loves them on the back of the Wing. I have the heated grips and she has the gloves and now we are looking at the heated pants for her.

I have been riding with the temperature in the low 20s and note that the gloves do a good job of keeping my fingers warm. However, they do not keep my thumbs warm. I wear the Tourmaster pant liner, jacket liner, and gloves with the WarmGear socks. Everything works off one controller and everything but my thumbs are warm. Even at 20 degrees I only use moderate heat.

This is my first electric heated clothing I ever bought. I recently wore the gloves on the coldest day of the year. They worked great, only problem is that I did not wear them with the jacket liner, so, the temperature control sticking out of the coat sleeve became a bit of a weapon. But, other then that they worked great.

So back in Dec 2007 I was very excited about this gear as I froze my self very good on a late Oct ride from RI to TN. The Tourmaster looked great and I really like the integrated controller as I really didn’t care for the other heated gear that required a bulky controller. I ordered my gear in early Jan 2008 and rode from FL to Daytona in Feb, it worked great going down, but the controller on the jacket failed about 150 miles from my house coming home. Tourmaster and Wingstuff both sent me new controllers for free, so I ended up with 2 controllers. I used the jacket with gloves and Warm and Safe Socks the rest of the winter in 2008 and into 2009. In Nov 2008 the second controller on my jacket failed, then in May of 2009 on an 8 day trip to Nova Scotia the third controller went out. I called Wingstuff and Tourmaster but this time I would have to buy a replacement controller.

A little digging on the internet should that the Tourmaster controllers were failing quit a bit. I found a post on ADVRider about rewiring the Synergy jacket to use a Gerbing/Heat Troller Controller. http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=302508&page=23

The simple solution is to cut the broken controller off, and tie the red, green, black and yellow wires together, the white is a pass through and should not be connected. Then get a real controller, made by Warm and Safe (which makes the First Gear Controller sold by WingStuff). Now you can have more temperature control of your heated gear, you can even go with a duel portable controller with the pants on one and jacket and gloves on the other.

This link is for a plug in adaptor to do what I described above from Warm and Safe.
